As a mother of a special soul and a consumer of mental health services for over 25 years, I've come up with this list to help keep things in perspective as far as life, schedules, etc...


Your Turn: User-submitted mental health features.  Submit yours here.
F = Food (Eat a healthy balanced diet - Food is the gas for your body) 

L = Love (Be kind to yourself, allow mistakes, nurture yourself) 

O = Oxygen (Breathe!!! If you don't your body will not work!) 

W = Water (Water is like the oil in a car, Your body must have it!)

E = Exercise (To whatever ability you are able, stimulate your body & mind)

R = Rest (Rest and sleep to regroup and energize) 

S = Structure (Maintain a structured schedule everyday, this combats chaos) 

IF YOU TREAT YOURSELF LIKE A FLOWER, YOU WILL BLOOM!!!!
