Guide Review
Don't Sweat the Small Stuff... and it's all small stuff
by Richard Carlson, Ph.D.

This book deserves the popularity that it has achieved on the New York Times bestseller's list.  It consists of nuggets of wisdom that can stand alone, but are even more powerful as a collection.  The short chapters even have practical names such as "Practice Humility" and "When in Doubt about Whose Turn it is to Take out the Trash, Go Ahead and Take it out."  Be sure that you get the original book, because some of the sequels weren't even written by Carlson.
