The Association for Persons in Supported Employment is a membership organization formed to improve and expand integrated employment opportunities, services, and outcomes for persons experiencing disabilities. APSE provides advocacy and education to customers of supported employment; addresses issues and policy barriers which impede the implementation of integrated employment services; improves supported employment practice; and, educates the public and the business community on the value of including persons experiencing severe disabilities as fully participating community members. The Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation is a research, training, and service organization dedicated to improving the lives of people who have psychiatric disabilities. The mission of the Center is to increase knowledge in the field of psychiatric rehabilitation and to apply this body of knowledge to train treatment personnel, to develop effective rehabilitation programs, and to assist in organizing both personnel and programs into efficient and coordinated service delivery systems. CONTACT USA is a network of crisis intervention and telephone helpline centers across the nation. CONTACT's programs include Helpline (crisis intervention, listening, information and referrals), Teen Line (teens helping teens), KidsLine (a helpline especially for latch-key children), DEAF CONTACT (a message relay for hearing impaired), Reassurance CONTACT (a program for the elderly and homebound), CONTACT Rape Crisis (emergency and after-care service for victims) and Information & Referral (linking callers to community services).

MRI is a non-profit research and training center with over twenty-five years of experience in the evaluation of effective human services programs and the preparation of skilled human services personnel. Partners in C.A.R.E. addresses the treatment needs of individuals with schizophrenia and other serious mental illnesses. Partners in C.A.R.E. helps individuals and organizations in selected communities advocate for the introduction of community-based services. The initiative provides technical assistance and materials to educate political, business, and civic leaders and help communities identify gaps in the existing services for people with serious mental illnesses. The President's Committee is a small federal agency whose mission is to communicate, coordinate and promote public and private efforts to enhance the employment of people with disabilities. The Committee provides information, training, and technical assistance to America's business leaders, organized labor, rehabilitation and service providers, advocacy organizations, families and individuals with disabilities. The President's Committee reports to the President on the progress and problems of maximizing employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
