Buspar - buspirone
A non-benzodiazepine, buspirone (BuSpar),is often used for generalized anxiety disorders. This medication is chemically similar to some antidepressants, but it is used instead to treat anxiety. It does not have the dependence potential of some benzodiazepines.

Beta blockers
