Do Vacations Really Help?

Do you want to share your story of depression on television?
We've been contacted by the producer of a new, nationally-syndicated talk show called the Dr. Keith Ablow Show. They are looking for people who have become depressed due to a traumatic experience.
I don't recommend this for everyone, and if you are in treatment please discuss this with your therapist or doctor. If you or someone you know is battling depression and would like the to be on television to tell your story and interact with a psychiatrist please send an email to alissa.cote@drkeithtv.com. They ask that you include a one to two paragraph summary about your struggle with depression and how people around you have been affected. Please remember to include your contact information.

We do return from vacations more tired than when we left. However, its a great tired. It’s the kind of tired you feel after a hard days work on a job well done. It’s the reason we look forward to the next vacation! Whether extremely active or you do nothing at all, it’s exciting to get away and go someplace new. Many peopke try to get away for a weekend every so often, just to feel that kind of tired when they return.
