Alternative Therapies Work Well for Anxiety

A two-year Australian study has found many complementary therapies may be more effective than some conventional medicines in treating anxiety. The two year study reviewed all medical literature on the usefulness of 34 complementary therapies, including herbal remedies, physical treatments such as acupuncture and aromatherapy, lifestyle treatments such as humour and prayer, and dietary changes.
